Our Garden Gate Communities, containing a total of 605 units, were developed under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. The Mady team has established resident enrichment programs for residents of these moderate-income communities. These on-site programs make it easier for residents to further develop their personal and professional skills. Programs of this kind reflect the company's larger sense of responsibility to build communities in the broadest possible sense of the term.
