The property is located at the North West corner of Hwy 360 and Ash Lane, and is bounded by Bear Creek Park to the north, Hwy 360 to the east, Ash Lane to the south, and Bear Creek Parkway to the west. The project offers direct access to the Bear Creek Park Trail System.
Approximately 27% of the total land area, or 3.4 acres will remain as undisturbed open space, with an extreme sensitivity towards tree preservation. This open space consists of a large creek running thru roughly the middle of the property in a north/south direction, with dense mature tree coverage on either side.
